Project Manager
Role/Responsibilities:
A Project Manager is expected to play a variety of project
management roles as needed in order to ensure the effective and efficient
implementation of our projects.
Accountable for schedule, cost and quality of a project.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Responsibility for release planning and project planning.
Responsible for the project close process. This includes,
but is not limited to:
Obtaining client acceptance for all deliverables
Ensuring satisfaction of all contractual commitments
Ensuring the proper storage and safeguarding of important
project documents, software, and other assets
Managing the transition (handover) to the client support
team
A Project Manager is also expected to support pre-sales
activities by facilitating requirements analysis and estimation as well as
providing project planning services in support of the deal review process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline such as Computer
Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, or Finance.
Min. 8 years of industry experience with at least 3 years in a
project or team leadership role in which the candidate has demonstrated project
management or scrum master skills
Able to work under challenging schedule and deadlines
Strong business acumen and ability to grasp the general
nature and critical success factors of the customers' business
Good team leader who can motivate different team members
Excellent interpersonal communication
Ability to travel occasionally
Fluent in Mandarin and English
