How do I navigate the website?

The website is quite simple and intuitive to navigate. Click “UIA” to go to the Competition home page. Click “Register” if you are a first-time user. Click “Sign in” if you are a registered user. Once you are signed in, your email address will appear on the upper right corner; clicking it will direct you to your personal space, where you can edit your profile, ask questions, and change your password. Clicking “Creativersal” logo will direct you to our corporate home page where you can browse information about our company.

What if I forget my password?

You can click “Forgot password” and the webmaster will give you a new password in real time.

How do I contact the Project Promoter for any questions?

Please go to your personal space, click “my question”, then click “I want to ask questions”, and then dispatch your query. Your questions will be answered by our staff in a timely fashion, and the answers will appear in your personal space.
